Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom-Made Products
Every DogTastik Jingle is composed and produced specifically for you and your dog after you submit your order and questionnaire. Because of this custom, made-to-order nature, your Jingle is exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalized. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work instead. Nothing here affects your other statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a repeat performance or refund if what we deliver does not match what was agreed or is not of satisfactory quality.
2. Cancelling Before Composition Begins
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before our composers have started working on your Jingle — generally, this means before you have submitted your dog details questionnaire, or within 24 hours of purchase, whichever comes first. To cancel, email dogtastik@gmail.com with your order number.
3. After Composition Has Started
Once our composers have begun creating your Jingle, we are no longer able to offer a refund, as the work is personalized and cannot be resold. We will still complete and deliver your order.
4. Revisions
If your delivered Jingle doesn't quite capture your dog, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We're happy to make reasonable adjustments to lyrics or style at no extra cost, within the scope of your original order details.
5. Refunds for Our Errors
If there is a technical problem with your delivered file (for example, a corrupted or incomplete audio file), or the Jingle we deliver does not reflect the details you submitted, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after your Jingle has been delivered
- Inaccurate or incomplete details provided by you during checkout
- Delays caused by your delayed response to a request for information
7. How to Request a Refund
Email dogtastik@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
