Order & Dog Details

When you place an order, we collect information about your dog (name, breed, personality traits, favorite things, preferred musical style, and similar details), and any photos or lyric preferences you choose to submit, so we can compose your Jingle.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number, expiration date, or CVC on our servers — Stripe handles this directly in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

Usage & Device Information

Like most websites, we may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your browser type, device information, and pages visited, to help us operate and improve the Service.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your order progress as you move through the site. This is functional, not advertising-related, and stays on your device.
