How does ordering work?
It's quick and simple, and there are just four steps:
- Choose & checkout — pick the package that suits you and pay securely with Stripe.
- Fill in the questionnaire — tell us all about your dog: their name, breed, nicknames, personality, funny habits, what they love, what they're scared of, and their favorite person.
- We compose the tune — our team crafts a custom melody and lyrics made just for your dog.
- Receive your jingle — we email you the finished files, ready to play, share, or set as a ringtone.
Is it really real people making my dog's song?
Yes — real people read every single questionnaire and craft your dog's tune by hand. That's why the details matter so much. Please tell us as much as you possibly can about your dog. The funny habits, the nicknames only you use, the thing they do that makes everyone laugh — the more you share, the more personal and spot-on the song will be. There's no such thing as too much information here.
Why does the form ask for my social media?
The questionnaire has an optional field for your Instagram or TikTok, and there's a lovely reason for it: we want to see your pup! Photos and videos of your dog in action help our team capture their character, energy, and those little quirks in the song. If your profile is public, drop it in — meeting your dog (even just online) makes for a better jingle. It's completely optional, so no worries if you'd rather not.
What's included with the Golden Record?
The Golden Record is our full-length, high-production package — a 60-second-plus custom song in any genre, plus a shorter jingle cut. It also includes something special: a WhatsApp chat with our team. That way we can message back and forth, talk through the finer details, and you can even send a voice note with anything extra you'd like in the song. It's the closest thing to sitting down with us to plan the perfect tune.
How do I get my finished files?
All files are sent to you by email. Once your jingle is ready, we'll email your high-quality track straight to the address you used at checkout — so please make sure it's correct when you order. The Puppy Jingle is delivered in 3-5 days and the Golden Record in 2-3 days.
