Cost

UK delivery is a flat £4.95 per order, however many items you buy.

How long it takes

Every item is printed to order, just for you:

• Printing: 3–5 working days
• Delivery: Royal Mail 24 Tracked, usually 1–3 working days

So please allow 4–8 working days from ordering to delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Christmas orders

To receive your order before Christmas, please order by Friday 11 December. We'll still print and post orders placed after that date as quickly as we can, but we can't promise they'll arrive before Christmas. The Christmas post can be busy, so the earlier the better!

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We can't currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

Tracking

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 24 Tracked. Mugs and baubles are sent in protective packaging.

Checking your address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Orders go to print soon after you pay, so we can't usually change the address afterwards.

If your order hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of ordering, please contact us with your order reference. We'll look into it and, if it's been lost in the post, send a replacement free of charge.
